The place is very good located and has a nice view directly at the pool and the water park. Mohamed who received us was very friendly and communication was good in advance. We were a bit disappointed at our arrival because we had to wait a couple of hours, since there were handymen fixing the refrigerator and we had to wait for the apartment to get cleaned afterwards. However, we were compensated with a late check out (5 pm). Also, the apartment wasn’t that clean. There were hair on different spots on the floors and several surfaces were not clean as well as the kitchen utilities. Also the rugs were extremely dirty and we asked to get them removed. Overall the stay was okay, but more could be done on the cleanliness side.
